Grammy is all about politics as good as Nikki Minaj is she hasn't won it,so it's no surprise to me at all.

    Congratulations to tyla!

Who told you Grammy needs Nigerian artists to promote their business? Nigerian music is big but is not as big as you lot think, and doesn’t make huge money on the level of Taylor Swift.

How much copies did burns boy album even sell, is just not more than 50, 000 copies.

Tyler is commercial and is she js appealing to western Audience, skinny, slim, model looks is more commercial than davido. Listen to how to talks in interviews , he js not polished. These western Audience wants someone they can use to sell music, abd your davido and burna boy is not their type unfortunately. They look more hip hop gangster and pop music don’t want that look to represent it. Tyler is more pop and they will push her to that success down our throats

When African artists rely on validation from the Award academy to determine their worth, they should realize that the Grammy isn't the ultimate measure of success. Their global recognition and artistic achievements already establish them as champions.

The Grammy has no power in Nigeria anymore, it has just proven it self not a true taste of a quality music award.

Congratulations to the winner. But the truth is that Grammy academy knows nothing about African cultures and musics.
The African category is new, as they get to learn more about African culture they will learn how to make there selections.
The song water is not African style of music.

If anyone should win anything on Amapiano, a South African should win it because they invented it period same way 419 is truly Nigerian😂😂😂😂😂

Nigerian musicians should try to be singing more of English songs that non- nigerians will understand it will hep in making their songs more popular as happened to 2face African Queen that won many awards. The habit of singing most songs mainly in native language or pidgin English is not always helpdul because many non-nigerians will not understand them,a word is enough for the wise.

Asake did not win with Amapiano because he copied Amapiano from the South Africans period. Asake is not original. In case of Davido, "Unavailable ' is nothing but an incoherent contraption with a dance move but no Substance. As for Burna Boy, he is only a Wedding Singer good enough for opening ceremonies at sports events.Nigerians are starting to believe too much in their own hype. Don't get me wrong , there are some good Nigerian Afrobeat tracks but a lot of them are trash really. Award nominations go beyond Nigerian sentiments as the rest of the world see things beyond Nigerian shores.

Nigerias don’t support other African artists I’ve reached at the point of not supporting them also no Nigerian supported this girl only few, but you can’t stop Gods work, I support all African artists and I support Korean artists BTS and many others. Maybe Nigerians you should start supporting other artists from Africa, you don’t have shame even to fight other’s artists from the continent, selfishness 😂
