  1. I don't believe that building nations are in the best interests of the elite anymore. There's no money in it. Corporations are the new empire's and ceo's are our new kings. Who needs countries when ur brand is global?

  2. It is very deceptive indicating the Kushites (25th Dynasty) built the most pyramids. The Kushites built smaller and much steeper and built in Kush, not Egypt. The 25th Dynasty did mimic the traditional art rigorously.

  3. Yk itd make more sense if the pyramids were already there in mountains or something and they just carved them out lol. That's why there is so much sand bc of the dust:)

  4. B.C , before Christ. You science believers can change it to b.c.e, “before common era” to be politically correct “, but history will always be based off the life, and death of Jesus Christ

  5. Such a shame what Egypt has become now. The country does not deserve It's cool historical reputation. People there care too much about the afterlife more than the world they live in now, look at the place It's filthy and they treat travellers with no respect.

  6. Ancient Egyptians didn't get extinct, they became the Italians ( = the servants´s + slaves´s decendents) & the global Aristocracy/Templars (incl. Swiss DeepState)/Inner-Circle-Freemasons ( = the Pharaohs etc. decendents)

  7. "Eccentric, ruthless, mad…" These were some really cogent words for the Criminal of Amarna, as later Egyptians referred to him.

Henry VIII did some things that moved England forward, but he was no hero.

  8. They're classified as humans no? So they didn't go extinct, I swear anything geographically associated with a thriving African country is just an anomally and subject for question under suspician 😂

  9. The first ever official pharaoh of Egypt (or Nwst in their language) was king Narmer and he was in fact from Upper (southern) Egypt. He conquered lower (northern) Egypt and then unified the two lands forming one singular Egyptian kingdom. “Menes” is believed to be his title or secondary name. It’s also implied that other earlier kings FROM THE SOUTH began the unification process and that Narmer completed it, forming the first dynasty. Either way, this should’ve been discussed more in this video as it pertains to the origins of Egypt.

Another thing NOT mentioned in this video is the last NATIVE ruler of Egypt whose name is Nectanebo the 2nd. He fought against the invading Persians, but was ultimately defeated and fled to Kush to seek asylum. Multiple massive battles between the Persians and the Egyptians would signal the end of native rule of Egypt; hardly a “whimper” as the video puts it.

During the Greek rule of Egypt, many rebellions by the native Egyptians occurred and originated from the SOUTH. This is a repeating theme with Egypt. Whenever foreigners invade, they regrouped in Upper Egypt and then retaliate and usually defeated their enemies. However, this time it was unsuccessful. The Egyptian people were too scattered and adopted too many foreign customs/cultures to unify under one Egyptian identity once more.

This is a side note, but depicting the kings of Egypt as white, but the subjects as much darker than them is very inaccurate. There was no physical difference between the ruling class and the lower classes of Egypt as testified by their own artwork and eye witness accounts. And Egyptian men generally did not grow beards at all and preferred the clean shaven look with a goatee (I know it’s a nitpick but still).

I always find it funny, and sad, how many misconceptions are made about one of the most famous civilizations in human history.
