Can you blame people for being suspicious and not having trust in the industry. I straight caught my realtor being bribed to bring out offer up for a kickback. The smart realtors know to ask clients what their experience with realtors have been so far and actually listen to their concerns without judgment.

Everybody is lying. Might as well go in on healthcare agencies. Home health agencies nursing homes can’t hide any more. I have worked for some of the greediest, non caring health agencies ever and for some of the worst and nastiest lying nurses ever. Medicaid and Medicare not really monitoring like they should. State definitely are NOT!!!!!!!
they will black ball you in a minute. Please people if you have any relatives that are being cared for in their homes get cameras. Like yesterday. And send them to state. Pass go. Do Not tell the agencies. Go directly to State and if they don’t do anything then something is definitely wrong. I have seen some terrible stuff happening in these homes. When you report like you’re suppose to nothing is done but you’re being set up some kind of way to get you out of there.
A lot of Home Health Agencies hire people off the street without any license and have a training session where they give you the answers. Yes. I have reported this to State and NOTHING has been done so now I hand every trashy greedy nasty lying healthcare agency over to God(In Jesus name)and the state reps that aren’t doing anything about it. They cover it up. Let me just say this also. During covid there were so many careless deaths because a lot of agencies wasn’t supplying gloves and face mask, and a lot of staff wasn’t even wearing them correctly while working with blood and other diseases contaminating the entire home. Ugh. No one is watching. No one. Please pray people or agree with my prayer that these types of agencies get turned upside down and all who are running these sorts of businesses get shut down!!! In Jesus name. It is so sad to see.

Fuck I went though this, purchased a home almost 22yrs ago.. have been going through hell ever since. No one ever told me I was buying a house that has been flooding for over 50 yrs. But I didn’t discover this until I had flooded too late to get help. The town NEVER disclosed how bad this town floods. Now I am living in a money pit that floods summer after summer
