Okay I realized why it looks off to me. I commented on the intro from memory and realized that my criticisms were wrong. The camera rotation feels off only because it dead stops. I'd like the speed ramp to stop at a very slow rotational speed instead of completely stopping. I think that coupled with the freeze frame of the colors is what makes it look very static like a freeze frame. Even if the camera movement didn't change, if the colors continued animating that would've made the intro better. It's still a great intro! Just personally thought it felt very stiff and static ending on a freeze frame for such a dynamic idea.
