Nassau is not the Bahamas. New Providence is just one of the 700 islands. It is the capital and everything takes place here. It use to be a real Tax haven where the rich and famous used to hide their money but we threatened by the Europe union and the USA business has slowed down a lot because of many banks have moved out to other countries like Malta,Jersey ,Cayman islands. You know they wanted to destroy the economy of this country but we are a resilient people. Tourism is our main industry like the young lady said 6to 8 million tourism annually.I don’t know if you have heard the song “who let the dogs out” by a most popular music group. African Tigress you try to return for Christmas holiday. You definitely 😂😂😂🎉🎉🎉you will enjoy your self here. You should surely must visit some the islands like Exuma, Acklins, Mayguana, Eleuthera Long Island ,around the time of the family island regattas. Local sail boats races. Trust me you will have an unforgettable experience. Yes the lifestyle is very expensive. Only God knows how and why. But by the grace of God we survive.

African Tigress, thanks for an informative video. I did not know that there was a UWI branch in the Bahamas, and they had free education at the university level. To be honest, I have never met anyone from the Bahamas in Canada. At one time, I was planning to live there, but I listened to people with their conflicting ideas. Those are the mistakes you make when you are young. It is best to follow your own dreams. It seems as if the men are the same on all the islands. Sweet talk and more sweet talk! I enjoyed the contrasting views in the video.

AT you are right,conch is a large sea snail,we also eat conch and whelks(smaller sea snail) in 🇧🇧 barbados.
