President Cyril Ramaphosa has continued to express his disappointment at the state of the City of Johannesburg as he meets with city officials.
He says the city is a shadow of its former self and has been turned into darkness by governance failures.
The president has described Johannesburg as filthy, with infrastructure vandalised everywhere…

The opposition parties that are in power in Johannesburg as well as Pretoria have been working tirelessly to clean up those cities and have been doing the ground work, the ANC saw this and have made it now their own goal to talk like this so that when the opposition parties clean up, the ANC can simply say, "it was because of our national intervention not cause of local government.".
