These strategists cheated Raila to boycott Presidential elections. Now only less than 14 county assembly less than 30% MCAs out of 47 counties have adopted people's assembly. How can Raila be sworn in to 'manage' or be president of the 14 counties people's assemblies? Position is too low for Raila's stature and comes with zero influence as it has not been passed by law or legislation and any resolution amounts to zero. It is an 'amorphous' body.
