Djibouti candidate had a lot of theories and that is good at governmental level. The fact that is articulate does not turn theories into practicals. Raila transformed Kenya during Kibaki regime from Infrastructure to energy, education and so on. Experience is not taught at Universities.

What has done in Kenya…Kenya today is exporting skilled young people to middle east.. instead of creating conducive environment to nature young manpower to build Kenya… looting and corruption is daily order in Kenya.. charity starts at home…he should tell what efforts has he done to address the same in Kenya before seeking to address the same in Africa
