Racism in the Carnivore Diet Community?

I call out the silence and performative allyship of experts in the carnivore community, and invite Black people using the keto and carnivore diet to achieve optimal health to speak up. The inaction of experts right now only serves to feed overt and systemic racism within these circles.

Though many may think the carnivore diet should not…

  1. Thank you! I'm new to this community and haven't really started yet, but have found all of your videos very informative and educational. It's rather shameful that people need to exclude people of color when at the end of the day We're ALL JUST PEOPLE! Racism is a mental illness. May the carnivore diet help them realize their programming is false. Thank YOU for speaking up and giving US a platform to learn from people that look like US! God Bless you Sis!

  2. You right! It’s awful I was on a live zoom and I probably was the only black on a carnivore podcast and they open the line for questions and they skipped over me over and over but never answered anything I asked! And I introduced myself as an African American who is interested but I have questions and don’t see many of us nor do any of these platforms interview us!!!! I see Dr Tony Hampton speak a little about it, but I’m so glad I came across your channel because I’m not sure if this for us!!!!

  3. New to Carnivore and I haven’t seen any one that looks like me. I had to search “Black People on Carnivore Diet”… you came up immediately. Thank you for making that your channel name. I’ve just subbed ❤

  4. I personally believe in creation and the story of the ark and the global flood. however no matter what life's origin, bare minimum WE'RE ALL COUSINS.
    FORGIVE MY IGNORANCE…
WHERE please are you experiencing racism within the carnivore community?

  5. Why do you have to include the skin of your colour if you want to eat meat. You're just victimising yourself by the colour of your skin. All people of different backgrounds and walks of life are welcome.

  6. I literally found your channel after being curious about how carnivores affects black people. There are women many non black people who have videos that pop up. I know there are tribes in Africa that are carnivores. I know there are tribes that eat raw meat. I wanted to hear the experiences of people who are starting this after doing keto veganism, or the SAD diet. I searched "Black Carnivores". Thank you for doing the channel. You are very important. Your channel is very vital. ❤❤❤

  7. Im not surprised theres racism because its a white persons diet lol we come from tropical places where there is an abundance of fruits and vegetables. Africans ate meat but in moderation. Stop following cave ppl and eat for your bloodLINE

  8. Black ppl are not designed for carnivore diet. Not need, we did not come from cold weather where animal flesh was the most accessible. We come from warm and colorful climate

  9. Help me to understand how the carnivore diet is racist. Im trying to understand why these thing s boil down to race. Are we not all human and not a colour. People of colour always turn to racisim on every thing. This BLM is really out of comtrol. Now having said this
I have just started carnivore 1 hour ago so i dont know how you have been treated. But cant we all stop being a color and be a citizen.

  10. I started the diet 10 days ago and joined a FB group on this subject. But initially I tried to join another group which has the largest member but got downright rejected although I complied to the group rules. I was let into the group but my comment to the post didn't appear and my post don't get approved 🤷‍♀️ As I'm new to the diet, I posted a question on dairy. Then it hit me that so far, i only seen posts by white people there. I live in Europe so, I'm not used to this kind of racism. I'm of Japanese decent with Japanese name. I'm glad to have discovered this channel.

  11. Black people need to seperate from the rest. We have been demonised beyond repair by demons.. The irony. Anyway. This is end times. There is spiritual warfare occurring. People will do everything to hurt you and go against you. African Americans still don’t get it after 400 years. Return to Africa. Build companies and use the resources we have to create a pan African utopia. We will be 50% of the world’s population by 2050. We are a minority no more.

  12. 😔 I’ve read thousands of Carnivore comments and thankfully, that I can recall, I haven’t come across any type of racism towards whites, blacks, Asians, Jews, Indians, etc. I’m so sorry that some of you have. I guess there will be bad apples everywhere you go.

Most everyone seems supportive and welcoming to all. The more diverse, the better. ❤

  13. Thank you for speaking out. I'm interested to know why the YouTube algorithm excludes people of colour who in the carnivore space? I had to specify in my search to find you r videos

  14. Seeing this video three years later and wishing I saw more black carnivores now. I'm glad I missed the waves here because so much was happening at that time. I am very sensitive to inequities and marginalization in any form. I found your channel more recently and purposely looked up "black carnivores." Sadly, still very few from what I've seen. I follow several keto and carnivore channels and was beginning to wonder if bp were living this lifestyle. While I relate to some, it is nice to see someone that looks like me. I'm disappointed to hear about Dr. Baker's response. I've been full on ketovore the last 2.5 months and exploring carnivore. With the exception of some recent interviews on another channel, the carnivores of color are not as visible, but I'll keep looking. Now, let me binge your videos. TFS 😊❤

  15. This is divisive, why can’t we just treat people as people rather than a colour? Everyone should be treated with respect whatever shade your skin is, I find it disappointing that I am designated a particular colour and not seen for who I am, a woman who loves God and my fellow man.
