Assimilation of blacks in Brazil continues. According to genetic studies, about 70% of the Brazilian genetic pool is white, 20% black and 10% amerindian (average) so blacks will be assimilated in Brazil.

Recently, a Haitian gathering was disturbed by about three dozens of Dominicans dressing like members of the KKK , a racist organization in the US that's responsible for the death of thousands of African Americans.
