  1. Not a good breakfast option for people who are already obese because the insulin resistance will trigger a large insulin response from all the carbs (oatmeal, honey, banana), thereby adding fat to the body while provding little long term energy, but most importantly: will make the person crave food again quite soon (due to a sharp drop in blood sugar).

  2. I'm sorry but this feels like torture these aren't good breakfast ideas maybe the oatmeal will be the only thing that fills you up. Weight loss recipes can still be tasty too, you don't have to starve yourself. Idk I don't mean to sound like a negative nancy and maybe I shouldn't say they aren't good breakfast ideas. They just aren't for me. I'll keep looking 🙂
