Quick And Easy Algerian Bourek Recipe (Ramadan Special)
This Algerian Bourek is a perfect starter to have during Ramadan which is usually served with shorba/harira, in fact every Algerian must’ve had this here and there because its just lovely.
For this recipe I used:
-spring roll pastry
-2 medium onions
-250g of mince meat
-40g of coriander
-3 tbsp of veg/olive oil
-puck cheese
