  1. I think this is being completely misrepresented.
This Chris guy was being rhetorical! Of course he knows they are different countries. He obviously didn't catch the first part of the question and to be fair the guy asking it needs done elocution lessons as he mumbles terriby

  2. Starmer and Rishi Sunak have something in common Both Neo-Nazi Zionist united in destroying the NHS trade unions and the Genocide of Palestine people 16.000
children killed over 58.000 slaughtered by Israel. Our government with the help of the Zionism propaganda are involved in the running of the BBC ,SKY and GB eNews. All speaking with the same Voices
Since Thatcher and Blair the country as been going down hill Both united in Privatising the NHS

  3. I have an idea for a comedy sketch based on photoshopping. If anyone has seen the scene in 'Marathon Man' where Laurence Olivier is drilling into Dustin Hoffman's teeth without anaesthetic while constantly asking him 'Is it safe', just substitute a refugee for Lawrence Olivier and a Home Office Minister (or maybe Rishi Sunak) for Dustin Hoffman.

  4. When Chris Philp said there was a safety net clause preventing people being sent to a country where they are in danger of risk to life I wondered how does that square with the Tories legal declaration that Rwanda is a safe country to deport people to? I don't believe that people from Congo would not be sent to Rwanda.

  5. Non event. Tbh having to deal with that awful MLE accent and someone who says “supposably” is taxing for most normal people, but you can see the immediate band wagon jumping from this in the audience and panel. Clearly misheard or misinterpreted the question. As I said, non event.

  6. Nobody has a "right" to come to the UK. Yes, you should be sent to Rwanda! Or just go to Kinshasa. Or any of the seven other countries you'd have to pass through to get to the UK.

  7. Let’s call the the Rwanda project what it actually is.
It is a UK government run human trafficking scheme.
Plain and simple. ……with imperial/ colonial underpinnings.

  8. I mean, firstly Congo ISNT a neighbouring country to Rwanda. The Democratic Republic of Congo which is a different country does but neither men mention this country which adds to the confusion and the audience member is in no place to criticise if he can’t name the country. It’s like asking if someone from Belfast would return to Ireland. Yes but no in a way?

Secondly, it’s not 100% that the minister is inquiring if “Congo” and Rwanda aren’t the same. Rather it may be he’s asking if the audience member to clarify which country is the former in his question.

  9. it's just a joke to this lot i don't believe there is a clause that would deter anyone from being sent to Rwanda how many places are there in Rwanda for the 50,000 people that could be sent there ;will there be independent oversight to ensure the well being health shelter food ? this party does not do detail look at brexit

  10. Just fir information, there is no suck protection built in to the system. If we cared about protecting these people, we woild be treating them so terribly.

  11. The Congo was a massive geographical area ruled by the Belgians. Rwanda is a tiny country near it ruled by the Belgians.

Not that important a difference tbh. Just send all immigrants there or the Moon pls k thx bai.

  12. Rwanda being paid by the UK to commit genocide as destabilisation and distraction while stealing conflict minerals for this 'Geeen scheme' climate agenda to distract from the polar shifting solar weather. Look up!
Absolutely cringe worthy unforgivable disrespect of the savage cull being fueld by this government. Paying both Kugami and the RSF is diabolical. The world will remember.
