Absolutely I just had this conversation with my husband 2 weeks ago. 😮I told I felt in the beginning of our marriage I feel like I idolized him. I told him I was wrong because he is not God and I said I am not God either so don’t idolize me either God is first.

Marriage is to glorify God as a unit but mainly to avoid sex. As women have to remember a man who finds a wife finds a good thing. The man has to desire marriage and recognize his wife being lead by God. As a woman focus should be serving God & stability in our life until the man comes.

Love the podcast!💖 but I gotta disagree on the “wanting God to send the husband already in Christ” the Pastor of 2819 is a prime example of how God will use his daughter to turn a man around to come to Christ. That man was of the world, in the streets, and it was his girlfriend who influenced Christ on his life. He chose to marry her and He’s now a powerful pastor.
I think that it’s true god did not built us to be alone but that doesn’t always mean that it will be with a man. Not every Christian woman or man ends up getting married! Not everyone is promised a husband. It’s important to have friendships in the church. It’s not good to be isolated . First time watching this pod & I loved it

Wow this was so powerful, it brought tears to my eyes. Hearing confirmation from everything I have came to terms with in different seasons feels so good. In certain seasons you wonder if you handled it the way God wanted you too.. because for example when dealing with relationships, a person of this world may make you feel like your crazy for doing so or handling a situation a certain way. Leaving you feeling unheard and isolated. it feels good to feel heard, and understood with the way I have previously handled certain situations, this episode allowed that for me. Thank you🙏🏼.
