  1. I own 2 duplexes in Florida, so 4 units and rent each one out for on average $1250 a month. After taxes and insurance I walk away with around $4k a month.

Real-estate is a great investment, I'm able to live pretty good without much work. I wouldn't mind buying a small hut in nosey be, however not being able to outright own your property is too big a downside for me.

Renting would be great though. I'm sure renting is relatively cheap there

  2. Want to ask if possible to buy land/propriety on name of minor local girl and after purchase make a rent contract for 29-49 years on my name, even non resident? I have known a family with a sweet métisse girl. And maybe this could be a win-win solution, in the end a little propriety will remain for her, by time I could be the temporary "owner".
My question is, could be a minor malagasy age person be entitled with propriety in Madagascar?

  3. How about you buy land. In a company name. Of which you own 49%. 3 malagasy shareholders owns the rest. They have each already sold their shares to you on an document without any date. And, as an extra security, you have a lease contract with this company, on the land, valid for 99 years. That should be pretty safe and secure?
