  1. I’ve been lifting weights for a few months and never saw noticeable improvement I decided to stop using weights entirely and do calisthenics and a few weeks in I already noticed a huge improvement in not just strength and looks but also playing sports and and even on just everyday life

  2. You started with lean muscle. WHEN YOU ARE YOUNG YOU HAVE ALOT OF HGH and make hormones for muscle building, that is why it was easy to do, your age made it super easy. I was ripped in my 20s and only walked a steep hill and went dancing two days a week.

  3. Don't ever stop youth, you will be a force out here. I'm about to show my 15 year old. I was just showing him some of broly gainz videos and was asking if he'd be interested in calisthenics, he is so bent on getting bigger and looks a lot like your before.
