  1. This is an excellent and straightforward explanation that all children and teenagers should see. If you switch to eating live foods (rather than dead processed foods that are packed with sugar and devoid of nutrients), your life will never be the same.

  2. I cook most of my own foods from fresh whole ingredients so that I am not at the mercy of food advertisers pushing prefab and convenience foods, and it saves me the trouble having to read food labels at the store and sleuthing out mystery ingredients.

  3. I feel like the focus on added sugar misses something. For instance, they bring up bread a lot, but sugar or honey in bread has been used throughout human history to feed the yeast used to create it. Obviously storebought bread has sweeteners in it, but if you make any good recipe for bread you're gonna add sugar or honey or something sweet.

  4. The US Congress must abolish High Fructose Corn Syrup. Rarely US foods use natural sugar anymore, it’s this type of artificial sugar which is everywhere and creating diabetes, heart disease, metabolic disease, and obesity. As bad is any type of processed ingredients, including ALL artificial synthetic sugars.

  5. Forgot an apple in my lunchbox for atleast 3 weeks and when I found it, it still looked edible and fresh. Nothing is real food/ healthy anymore

  6. I’ve been teaching my son since birth! I never told him this but I’m glad he knows “ why is she drinking that, it’s bad for her body” when watching a woman walk the streets with a soda . He’s 4 and will understand the body reacts to what we eat and to our environments !

  7. Been highly annoyed by some very obvious vegan propaganda food documentaries like "What the Health" and "Game Changers" – so was suspicious when they started knocking meat/animal protein in this video… Like, if people want to be vegan, fine. But don't dish out misinformation and fear tactics to try to bully people into it. But this one talks about moderation which I suppose I can agree with. I'm not real in agreement with their statements on red meat, but I'm completely on board with the points they make about processed meat. Refined sugar (or even refined starches) are dangerous. Processed food in general really should be limited as much as possible, IMO.

  8. im 17 and smoked weed and cigs since i was 13, ate processed food my whole life. recently diagnosed with high blood pressure and an anxiety disorder. hearts been acting up lately. immediately stopped drinking pop and smoking weed. working on quittin nicotine. eating healthier every week, about to have a strict diet of fish, whole grains, fruits and veggies. also exercising daily. i dont want to die young

  9. ''but the question is, if highly processed food is so low in nutrients that the pest don't even want to eat it, how healthy can it be for us?'' this sentence was a whole lifechanger

  10. We run on energy and light because we ARE energy and light. You should have read quantum physics first before speaking. We have never been physical or solid or material. We are holograms which can learn to not eat at all.
Then we can learn to pop out of these bodies to see there are other dimensions we are a part of . The 5th dimension is called home because it is a meeting place to decide what to do next. And to recoup from the shock of knowing we were never physical and never die.
