Okay!! Fufu and Pounded Yam are two different types of swallow. Fufu is made from fermented cassava, pounded yam is literally yam that is pounded in a mortar.

The main reason Nigerians don't eat with their two hands is that those who eat with two hands usually be a gluten person and the second reason is we don't put the left hand we use to clean our ass inside food we eat
