Is Egypt still a palce where most wil take a chance with prices, when they see you're a tourist?
My recent trip to Turkey I have experienced a massive difference in prices, eg Coffee.
Some will ask 100 Lire, while the shop next to them might ask 50 lire.

Egypt is the worst country
Cairo is an English name…the weird accent you're giving it is completely unnecessary and also incorrect. In arabic the city is called Al-Qahera. So save your accent for that.

We are visiting Egypt in two days and I am still so confused with tipping, usually I go by percentages from service price but I heard tipping goes to everyone in Egypt, if a person is helping with luggage, giving directions, of course drivers and guides. What is considered an acceptable tip? any recommendations on how to figure out how much tip should be given?
