These houses are not for hustlers. The hustler can't afford it. How can a hustler get a 10% deposit? Let's say, 4.2M. That's equivalent to Kshs. 420,000. I wonder how many hustlers have this amount of money in their pockets, Mpesa, under their beds🤣, or in saving accounts.
This is a private enterprise nothing affordable, they told us one was to pay 10% now they are talking about paying in three months conmanship

Oh my people, what is with Kenyans and horrible pavements and side streets in all these little towns. I'm Kenyan my friends and I have a right to say this. All towns in Kenya have terrible pavements no proper parking within the shopping centers, unpaved of course and drainages that aren't maintained. Doesn't anyone see this? Nobody ever talks about it, so every drive through the towns is an eyesore to me. What are those Governors & MCA's that get paid so much money doing, surely.
I have to admit they've done a good job with the apartments. I hope more people will be able to aford and move in. All the best.

If you're in Thika, it would be better to use the 4.9 million to buy a plot in Landless, Kenol or Kabati for 1.5 million, and use the 3 million to build a spacious 3-bedroom in own compound, and then install solar system, underground dam-liner water tank, and bio-digester system with the remaining 400k. Better value for your money than living in a vertical slum sharing air with 1000 more households.
those payment plans are not really favorable to the hustlers. those are not affordable houses but market rate houses.
