Judiciary is independent and should not succumb to political rhetoric. No politician should have their own right of way if it is against the law or is to benefit only a few in the political class. This is threatening democracy that Kenyans fought for in 2010. Over 80% of Kenyans are happy with the Judiciary. Let them create a duplicate law to circumvent and let judiciary reference the old one and turn it down.
