  1. I hope that the Supeme court, today, Monday, Feb 19th, issues two decisions.

#1. They DENY trump's request for a stay of the DC federal trial to move forward and decline to hear the case regarding the 'absolute immunity' nonsense allowing the DC Apellate court decision to stand as the definitive decision of law.

#2. They issue a ruling that Trump is disqualified as an officeholder of any office, including the presidency, per the 14th amendment to the U.S. Constitution and that allowing him on even a primary ballot is disenfranchising those who would vote for him and not a legitimate qualified candidate. Trump had a trial and an appeal for full due process and was found by both courts (and others) to have engaged in insurrection agaist the Constitution when he plotted – and acted – using multiple schemes, including the fake electors scheme and pointing his followers at the Capitol, to overturn a free and fair election in late 2020 and early 2021.

Those two decisions would remove any arguments about Trump standing trial as a presidential candidate, allow the trials to all move forward to hold him accountable, and hopefully begin the process of delating the MAGA parade balloon dragon in front of the Capitol and ultimately begin the ending of the MAGA disease in our political arena.

  2. Why would anyone hire this 🐔 . If you really believe what alot of people are writing here I really feel sorry for you guys. Common sense isn't so common anymore 😮

  3. This is real simple. No more mail-in votes. Except for handicap people, you must come and vote in person. When able one day vote one day count God bless america❤❤

  4. Everyone's focused on Donald Trump. Not winning. But what about our country following in the s*** hole that it is in now?
I think they forgot about a real problems god bless america❤

  5. The SCOTUS is now saying its the body to unilaterally decide for all states that someone who offers pardons for political violence cannot be removed from their ballot, and in fact Presidents are excluded from the insurrection clause

  6. Too bad SCOTUS never debated on the Constitution and merits of the 14th Amendment and only worried about the consequences.

They didn't want States to have the power but who will bring it up? Class action suit? 14 Amendment is a self executing but SCOTUS wanted Congress to execute and overturn the disqualification? Why don't SCOTUS decide it based upon the Constitution instead of leaving it up to a political body.

SCOTUS is worried that disqualifying Trump will void the voices of half of the American people. What about the 80mill votes that Trump tried to void by organizing the Fake Electors and pressuring his VP to stop the counting of Electoral College?

SCOTUS is worried that Red States would disqualify Blue Candidates. On what grounds would they do that? The same grounds that they are trying to impeach Mayorkas.

  7. Je suis effarée par le manque de fair-play des américains lors de ces
Élections : insultes attaques sur la mémoire de Biden etc….
Ça vole bas vraiment très bas
Je pense que les réseaux sociaux
    Sont lourdement responsables également
    Quelle tristesse !
Votez Trump vous aurez le président
    Que vous méritez !!!!!!!!!

  8. I thought you did a fantastic job at the Whitehouse young lady. It is very nice to see you on tv again, but how come you're not at our Whitehouse?
Lots of well wishes & all our best from Wisconsin!

  9. I am noticing that when "white" people openly threaten violence compromise is sought yet when Black people simply stand up (or kneel) restrictions are sought and if Black people ever threaten violence or even appear to, merciless opresion is distributed and actual change occurs.

  10. How funny that SCOTUS is worried about possible violence if they rule for the 14th Amendment, but not worried at all about any violence should they rule against the 14th Amendment. I wonder why that is???
