Snaking queues have formed outside the Eskom offices in Soweto this morning. The line is largely made up of so-called zero buyers.
The deadline for the recoding of prepaid electricity meters was last night.
But Eskom decided to create a courtesy window, emphasizing that zero buyers need to go to accredited vendors to purchase tokens.
