Hey yall! I had a 100% natural water birth in my apartment in Ghana, Africa!

This was my first pregnancy, first birth and it was one heck of a journey! So long story, short: I was born in Canada, lived there my whole life, my background is Jamaican, moved to Ghana with my family….had a baby in Ghana.

We are travelling to Ghana from the UK in July for 6 weeks to visit family and see if it’s somewhere we see our family moving. i’ll be 23 weeks then at the time of travel but im so scared about catching malaria 😢 & getting really sick. did you take any vaccinations before travelling or while pregnant in Ghana to avoid certain conditions??
