  2. Just have one or two boiled banana ( ethaka ) before workout. It's rich with carbs, potassium and fiber which can give you enough energy for your workout. Stop this fu@#£g caffeine shit. If you're having coffee or anything have it before 3 pm. Otherwise these caffeine can affect your sleep also. Boiled bananas are a good option as your pre workout meal. It's cheap and best. What you need is carbs for your workout.

  3. Guys pls don't follow this advice. Caffeine is an addictive substance. So much health risks are associated with caffeine including arrythmia,gastritis, etc. Caffeine withdrawal is pretty bad as well. In women, caffeine is contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation. Also, caffeine is pretty much present in almost all soft drinks. So limit use of caffeine.

    Alternate recipe : almonds, banana, cashew smoothie. Without sugar.
