  1. Greetings Expat Life Ghana, โ€œAyo and Tonyโ€! What an amazing conversation. I havenโ€™t had a chance to watch your series yet, but plan on watching soon. However, thanks for recommending the Boot Strap magazine, I have subscribed to the service and received my copy with you both on the cover. It seems that you both are quite the celebrity in Ghana and around the world via the post -show Coming from America. You both continue to hang in there and thanks for sharing.

  2. 59:00..If any take away from this. What Ayo says here cements the need for Black folks out of Africa to have this experience. Season 2 will definitely happen. And an interaction with the locals is always necessary unless you want to be a perennial tourist…

  3. I think the Smiley family in Zambia made the best choice because at least the husband had a job. Despite all their challenges, they could support themselves. The process used by the Kelly and Davis family didn't make sense to me. I think people need to visit first

  4. Lets be honest , the reason why Tony loves Ghana is not JUST because you are seen as a black man .Its because you are seen by Ghanaians as a black man with STATUS and WEALTH , which is 100% due to the fact that you are an American !! So the very thing you hate, is the very reason WHY you are treated the way you are in Ghana or wherever you go in Africa ! American privilege is a thing !!I am Nigerian and a physician I would only be treated that way once people realized that I lived in the US and had dollars !! Try being working class in Africa it isn't fun!!!
