2. Kaluma is perfectly right. The two other lawyers are mixing up the EXECUTIVE which is ONE of the 3 arms of Govt, with the Govt. The Govt consists of The EXECUTIVE, the PARLIAMENT &, the JUDICIARY! The EXECUTIVE is NOT the GOVT!
