Police in Kitengela have arrested 20 bodaboda riders and impounded 26 motorcycles in connection with an incident involving the destruction of a motor vehicle reported to have run over a bodaboda rider and pedestrians in the area on Thursday.

I'm a boda boda mechanic who knows a few people in the sector. The boda boda industry imecreate a form of employment that can pay for some things but haiezi lipa ALL EXPENSES rent, chakula, health, schools fees, entertainment, alcohol, etc. and that's what most riders realize. Some end up doing other things to create income but not all find these other strwams. so as a rider you come to a town or city and immediately feel inferior and left out of the rest of society. Meaning that any chance you get to vent your frustrations, any slight provocation, you explode.
