I have never voted in Kenya and dont plan on doing so this year. So the outcome is irrelevant to me. But for those who have interests in the election, learn the old stalin saying that those who CAST votes determine nothing. Those who COUNT the votes determine everything. Meaning? The winner of the Kenyan presidential election will be determined by the owners of the IEBC. Yes! The IEBC has its owners. You heard it from me first.
