I knew something wasn't right with my diet when I switched to plant based diet . Was sick immediately for 3 weeks and felt weak for like 6 months , then I switched to eating just fruits and vegetables and had to use the toilet after every meal. After 1 year of vegan diet i feel like 20 kilos lighter but haven't actually lost any weight and feel more energetic than ever before .
They deviled up and doubled up on the devil-up. The trickery is also in the English language. Plant-based means that the base of the food is plant. To me that's telling me that it's not going to be all plant ingredients.
Who cares? You cannot survive on plants alone. Why stress over what provides nothing besides carbs and at most vitamin c? What a mental scam to put so much emphasis on what is NOT meat(sustenance/calorie/heat)? Before we became peasants, we knew fat and protein kept us big and strong. Ever since the great brain shrink, people have been duped into thinking plants are the be all. No they are diet aka deity worship. Its basic history.
Pray over your food, follow the proper groups of food. You'll be fine. The only thing we all have in common is eating, let's make it a gift not a problem.
Chemically sprayed fruit and veg,mm nice, the government is here to keep population down, dont listen to a word they say,im 43 and only just recently found out that most veg is man made, broccoli for instance was made crossing 2 plants to produce thicker stems, good selling point eh?
Yesterday I forgot my to take my home-cooked lunch with me. I bought veg sushi because it was a healthy option. I found out it had 22grams of sugar!!! Why, Britain? Why!! My diet is 75% vegan and the rest goes to mostly fish, and little dairy/eggs/meat. I've never been able to buy any readymade food without loads of sugar/dextrose/additives. I'm doing myself a huge favour and just cooking my own.
Eating healthily or healthfully. You can also say eating healthy food. But to simply say "eating healthy" indicates that the sentence has not been completed yet.
well is plant based the reason or is the traditional industial production of food the problem. In the EU Plantbased just says it is made out of organic non animal stuf but it doesn't say healthy or good. For example you can get a vegan plantbased burger from burgerking and it still would be bad for your health. Because the industry has ni reason to switch to healthier food. A nation that does the halthier food stuf really good is Singapur
Whole food plant based is healthy. Just buy fresh vegetables, legumes, fruit and whole grains like brown rice or pasta and create meals from those things. It's not that hard, people.
Everyone that’s plant-based isn’t plant based to be healthy though. Some of us just don’t want to eat meat. More of a pick your poison type of thing. So…
There's some statements in a book by Ellen G. White: COUNSELS ON DIETS AND FOOD, and some other of our books, which are very helpful in this whole world 🌎 of food issues. If you didn't plant it yourself, you will never know for sure what you're eating. This is the time to hold on to the seeds and plants on hand right now for replanting. And we should always say grace before meals 😊
Plants or plant juice is not good for the environment. It’s processed with heat, and chemicals, and energy to produce something you believe is healthy. It’s not vegetable “meat” or vegetable “milk”. Marketing is everything.
There are unhealthy foods that don't claim to be plant based either.
thats not how that works, thats like saying "lasagna is a meat based dish but half the ingredients arent meat"
Whole Foods plant based is what you should be going for.
