You people should stop selling Land to Nigerians, please think about our generation in the future. The Igbo Biafra Leader in Ghana ( so called the Igbo King) is inviting all Igbos to move, obtain Lands and properties in Ghana. The NIGERIANS want to take over Ghana. Protect our motherland from fraudsters, kidnappers, ritual killers etc. A Nigerian man said on live TV program that GHANAIAN women are Cheap, he has insulted all women in Ghana. A GHANAIAN can never buy a Land or obtain Passport in Nigeria, why are we allowing them in our motherland? We don't want TRIBAL WAR with Nigerians in Ghana. I have a land and 2 bedroom building that I am developing in the same area.
The benefit is that the plots are well planned out and the growth in the area is significant. And he is right about it taking about a 10 minute drive to the beach.
I wish the land owners would come together and grade the roads.
There are also markets, shops, hotels, etc., nearby at Old Ningo Prampram, so it isn’t just in the middle of nowhere.
Prampram will continue to increase in value as more people build there. As an example, I bought my plot in September of 2023 and it has gone up by 50%. The weather is also very good – it is cold at night, due to the proximity to the beach.
