Use a blender, it will be smooth and very well done.need no oil to cook use a nonstick skillet. I use no oil or butter and it came out silky soft.
Thanks flo. I happen to have a lot on over ripe plantain and want to make the mosa and cake batter, can I store it in the refrigerator? Hope to hear back from you. Thank you
Aunty Flo, please help us with recipe for rice Masa. 🙏
Ur method is easy thank you. but can a nursing mother eat it?
Now, this is a recipe that a bachelor can enjoy! Where I live there are always plantains, they're very cheap, I often HAVE one that's over ripe! Everybody has all the other stuff. I was really surprised not to see one of those monster blenders, but it didn't take long to do everything by hand… so, there's no excuse! I wish I had seen this when I was in school…. If you have a fork, a frying pan and a plate here's something you can make, even if you don't know how to cook or have any money! What can be better than that?
Why not use a blender. Too much work.
I love watching your show thank you for making that delicious and yummy Nigeria meat pie👍.

I make something very similar with bananas, only I add vanilla and I don't add pepper or water. I will have to try it with plantains. Those look wonderful.
Luv it.
