Great capt
There are a lot of generalisations here and this is a biased video. You’re an intelligent guy and capable and of making your own, informed decisions. Please be careful publishing things which other professionals, who have spent decades in their vocation, disagree with. The risk is others will be influenced to make choices which are not in their best interests. This isn’t about blindly following advice or doing something just because you’re told to, but doing your own research and making sure you are using peer-reviewed sources. There are many recent examples in health where misinformation has caused real harm. We can and should challenge public health messages. You have quoted multiple sources and studies from the USA, ignoring other similar research from around the world.
Thank you Capt.
I found this book in one of Dr. Berg´s Youtube videos , underlying the unhealthy nature of seed oils: The Ancestral Diet Revolution: How Vegetable Oils and Processed Foods Destroy Our Health – and How to Recover! (English Edition)
I am happy, my cholesterol is a little bit high too, but except that everything is ok ! 🙂
Hello captain, thanks for reminding us to be proactive looking for information, whatever the domain. Likewise good pilots are old pilots who never take things for granted. Looking forward to see your next video! 👍
Thanks so much for this fantastic content. I've been keto/low carb for years now and my health has improved significantly. This will really help other flight crew that will listen and take it on board!
Heja Magnar! Väldigt bra och klar sammanställning
they can break my legs my arms my head, but without my butter I'm as good as dead
Did you know that one of the biggest "Don't litter" campaigns in America (USA) is sponsored by Coca Cola? Did you also know that Coca Cola strongly advertises for one-use throw-away PET bottles? Americans man.
So, less sugar and a bit more vegetables.
Exactly right Captain, it's very easy for food & drug manufacturers and lobbyists to covertly push their agendas through to the public via indirect means that the average person doesn't question and it comes via everything from your dr all the way down to some idiot influencer being paid to tell their followers about the new revelation on social media. It still happens, in fact even more so now, sugar is now the demon. It's not, the dose makes the poison – after all too much water or drinking distilled water can kill you. It's always worth questioning the motives of someone telling you some random food or nutrient is unequivocally bad for you, especially if they then follow it up with "I have the answer. . . "
Very based content.
Do not fall for pharma bullshit.
What about experimental mRNA Gene Transfection Therapies that were mandated for pilots and cause myocarditis, pericarditis, blood clots, organ and neurological damage?
And you are worried about cholesterol?
As always, excellent video. thanks for taking the time
Another informative and very interesting video. Thank you, Magnar.
Magnar you are a magnificent researcher…..@nd a Master of Presentation.
Plandemie and CO2 are similar constructions.
It takes a lot of courage nowadays, to speak out the truth.
Abundant lies and false narratives are the illness of our modern societies .
A good summary of this topic Magnar, very interesting, thanks.
Sugar is a real killer in the modern world.Don't fight with cholesterol fight with sugar. A lot of sugar in the modern food.
Statins are for the vast majority of cases much worse than the ldl cholesterol.
Most doctors are sadly thoroughly misinformed on this subject.
The information is readily available and once you start looking into the issue you can only draw one conclusion.
Cholesterol is in every cell in our body and we cannot survive without it. "Most" people with heart disease and or who present with heart attacks do NOT have a "bad" cholesterol profile. It is a myth.
