Most unfriendly staff in South Africa…usually a sign there are no loyalty and probably a lot of theft…the only reason to pitch for work. Use foreigners, they are friendly and not lazy!

Only now, they had problems for a long time now – even before lockdown. We saw that at Somerset West P&P where people rather went to Checkers.

Customer service is their problem. Frontline staff rude or doesn't even acknowledge your existance.
Not all stores should be put under the same umbrella, their service is good, but the other rebranded and put much effort on increasing value. We will maybe hear this from others in 10years, then PP will be top.
