What is the quantity of PMS that would be produced daily and at what cost is a litre of fuel being produced from the refinery. The efficiency and effectiveness of the refinery will ultimately determine one's appropriate response. Now the refinery must not become another cost center!!!.

The restoration of the PH refinery started immediately Tinubu became president last year, 2023. It was one of his initial projects and it wasn’t a rushed job. Just wondering why president Buhari abandoned it but assisted Dangote’s refinery.
Dangote started his refinery, all of a sudden Nigeria refineries are beginning to work, with the same colour of products like that of dangote 😂😂😂😂😂
This hopeless country is making effort to convince us. Why hasn't this refinery been working?
Let's hope that the same forces won't collapse Dangote and Port Harcourt refinery at same time going forward.
