  1. Thank you for your video. You describe everything in detail except for ONE ingredient: 1 Beef stock cube? I've heard from other videos that it makes a difference what type of beef stock you use, e.g. some come with a lot of sodium. Can you please tell us which one you use? Hopefully I can buy the same one at Amazon or Safeway. Btw, I live in San Francisco, California USA. Thank you

  2. Oh my this is lush made it for the first time this evening, I was in a bit of a rush so just listened and did. I just used white onion chopped mega fine, admit to not following the measurements but turned out fantastic none the less. Will defo make this again thanks for recipe. ❤

  3. Best peppercorn sauce ever. Better than when i go to restaurants. I mix it up using slightly different stuff depending what i have at home. Usally use red wine instead of brandy though!

  4. 1-butter
    2-shallots
    3-pepper
    4-Brandy reduction
    5-Let it rest
    6-mustard
    7-whisk clarified butter with the mix
    8-add double cream
    9-let it simmer 2 min
    10-don't put all the ingredients together, or loose a lot of flavour!!!!
