3. The market is rigged and overvalued. There is no other way of putting it. Our grandparents were hospital cleaners and mechanics, yet they could afford property. Today, we are doctors, nurses, and engineers, and we can only afford flat rentals. That is just BS… of course professionals will say things like 'oh, it is fairly priced'
