Museveni and Kagame usurped the Ugandan goverment after they had committed genocide on over 1.5 million Indigenous Ugandans while they were disguised as Indigenious Ugandans. Museveni had appointed Kagame the Chief of Ugandan military intelligence when he sent Kagame to invade Rwanda using the Indigenous Ugandan larger army. Kagame and Museveni's extremist Rwandan/Burundian Tutsi led refugee genocidaires shot down the plane that was carrying the two Rwandan and Burundian presidents of the Hutu majority in Rwanda and Burundi. Hutus make up over 85% of the population of Rwanda and Burundi. If majority rules how can Western propaganda justify Kagame and Museveni's Rwandan minority refugee's genocide of Indigenous Ugandans and takeover of the Ugandan goverment. What this proganda is calling Kagame's Rwandan fastest growing economy is actually Kagame and Museveni's extremist Rwandan Tutsi refugee hegemonists looting of the Ugandan economy and Congo's minerals to build the Rwandan economy!!
