Full disclosure is important, but it depends also of maturity of the partner. Is he or she mature enough to handle or cope with your past??
I agree with the guy for full disclosure but for deep things try to determine when to disclose and really the person u r disclosing to. Bcus I needed full disclosure from my husband before we got married and I think I got it and I didn't get that we would have been dealing with a serious trust issue right now but I had clues of his past and person in question it really easy for us to trash that out of the way. And for me I tell my husband my past bcus the dirty parts of my past some friends know abt it so for me letting him know by myself before anyone else in case I get in to a disagreement with a friend who might think she has a hold on me. Not withstanding if I must keep my past then I must only person aware of that particular thing I am keeping.
