  1. Kpebu is a legal crook. Very disingenious about his discussions of the law. The Supreme Court has power and jurisdiction virtually to do anything within what thry think is just yo bring about justice without question whatsoever. Tell Kpebu the Supreme Court did nothing wrong as far as the ex parte application was concerned. What the Suoreme Court did wrong was not striking out the legal representation of the Speaker. Article 88 makes the A-G tge sole lawyer for the.State in all.matterd. The Speaker's lawyer Sorry should.have been declared a persona non grata in the case and struck out of rge case because he.has no personal interest in the matter. Kpebu is now championing the agenda of NDC after he was insulted by mahama for daring to ask him to return all his ex gratia bouties.

  2. I will urge the speaker not to respect the SC ruling because they are not the only ones who can set bad precedents in the development of our democracy. I believe two wrongs make a right, so -1 multiplied by -1 is 1.

  3. Parliamentary sovereignty is a principle of the UK constitution. It makes Parliament the supreme legal authority in the UK, which can create or end any law. Since some laws are quoted from the UK supreme court to determine important cases in Ghana, I thought of sending this through.

  4. Aahhh I have written a book and the power is given to somebody to interpret my book??? Now the person is challenging me on what I wrote in my own book that his/her explanation is the correct one😂😂😂😂😂…… please make this make sense

  5. Which country elects their judges? Associate Proff Gyampoh should come again. He shouldn’t try to throw dust in the public eyes. These partisan politicians academics should be ashamed of themselves

  6. If you don’t understand the ruling let me explain simply : someone can join NPP just to win the seat in a constituency get into parliament and then switch to join their original Party PPP. This sets a bad precedence. Electorate are going to be played with as their interest for voting for a particular person are no longer protected by the deterrent of switching camps. ( I’m not a supporter of any party just a neutral observer )

  7. You bastardized and destroy the Court and follow these politicians in parliament doing ndc and npp business. When the court collapses, there you will know its importance. Perhaps, your family heads will resolve.your cases. YOU CAN DISAGREE WITH COURT DECISION BUT RESPECT IT AND OBEY. Speaker’s decision to adjourn parliament is simply disrespecting the Court Order. This banter is unwarranted. We must behave maturely and reasonably because all disputes will be resolved in Court. The Supreme Court of Ghana must be respected at all times no matter their favorable/unfavorable decisions.
