Here in America, people who have money open private schools for poor or middle-class children. The only things the government do is to supply them food and reimburse them all their expenses.
In America, they give electricity to two different private companies to run it. They can not increase the rate anyhow. The companies have to place rate increases before the public, and people are invited to discuss it. If the public agrees, they vote and add between 25 to 50 cent to the rate.
