  1. South Africa has not chosen antisemitism route at all moreover ending the crisis by exchanging hostages was next Israeli intent. Their intent was to eliminate Hammas verbally but wipe out Palestinians verbally and by actions. Not a lawyer nor a politician but this is clear to everyone including to a layman like me. So the lady with a voice note must misplace facts(lie)

  2. South Africa is a proxy for Iran and Hamas. ANC is the most corrupt government in the world. All south Africa wants is money!! Shame on you south Africa!!!!

  3. Genocide is always perpetrated by the perpetrator. Somehow in this case the defender is being accussed of genocide. Hamas was the perpetrator and the acts they committed on Oct07 amounts to genocide. Why didn't SA take hamas to the ICJ?

  4. I predict the following:
    1. The court will impose provisional against Israel to stop what they are doing.
    2. All those opposing Israel will claim the court has found Israel of genocide, which of course the court has not.
    3. Israel will continue its campaign perhaps at a slower tempo, its opponents will continue to accuse it of genocide.
    4. A ceasefire will come into being in the next year.
    5. In about five years time when few people around the world care, the court will find for Israel – that is no genocide occurred.
    6. No one in South Africa will hold its government actor wasting so much money.

  5. I agree Israel is very likely at fault for Genocide. At the very least a massacre.

However, if intent and interfering intent from actions is the key Genocide factor. Hamas would also be found guilty on this based on what they proclaim and their actions.

  6. What a warped and narcistic point t of view. Hamas offered to release all Israelis captives
in exchange for a ceasefire, Israel refused!!!! Offering to stop the barbaric slaughter for
a few days only. Why is it OK for Israel to enclose 2.3 million Palestinians in a concentration camp for the past 16 years then cry foul when they break out ? The lady needs to mention
Warsaw and and comment on the parallel ? Notice the expertise with which she distorts
the facts. Oh the poor, pathetic victims. .

  7. There are TWO OPPOSING SIDESS of the case…

One should be objective and investigate , then present evidence on BOTH SIDES ….

YES …, woman and children are effected…, ON BOTH SIDES…. !!!

  8. SOUTH AFRICA GOVERNMENT YOU BETTER REPENT REPENT
GOD'S JUDGEMENT US RELEASED AGAINST YOU.
    ISRAEL US GOD'S CHOSEN PEOPLE.

    You can't say anything.
Daily the People on farms in South Africa is murdered out!!!
What are you doing about it ❓😮

  9. No mention that Hammas, brutal terrorists, committed horrific, sadistic acts on Israeli people. The results of war are always devastating. The loss of innocent lives is tragic, heartbreaking. How is Israel meant to defend itself?? This is war, not genicide.

  10. Remember when the SA government refused to arrest Omar al Bashir to stand trial for genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity. Now they turn to the ICJ to showcase their virtue signalling. Immoral hypocrites. It's election year … use every diversionary tactic possible.

  11. NEVER AGAIN is for everyone, not only for Jews. "Jews for Peace" movement says. Hamas did not start this war, 75 years of brutal Israeli military occupation of Palestinian lands, and Peoples did.
