I’m pregnant and I feel like eating kotobre I tried in Ghana but right now I’m in my country I can’t find all the ingredients and seasoning
Bee do you have recipe for jollof rice (GH style) ??
I love ❤️ the way you slowly go step by step n explain the process this gives us (bachelors) good understanding understanding the process of cooking
THANKS A LOT !!❤
Good
This looks so delicious. The more I watch West African food videos the more I see where cultural African-American food gets it’s roots…
jollof rice = jambalaya
vegetable soups = collard / mustard greens
Can I please some❤️
Boy I’m watching this from London, I just love to watch you cook every time. your food always looks rich & enticing & full of different ingredients, I’m Caribbean but I’m fascinated with African cooking.
I wish I was living at your house just to taste some of that lovely food, it’s fit for a king.🤣🤣
It looks good and I love it .
But how many hours you have to cook this 🍲 stew?
Soo colorful ❤❤
Great job you cook good, coming
from a cook myself. I give you a 10.
Is it stew or "stchew"?
Your pronunciation is funny and annoying 😂
You did well anyway 👍
Palatable sauce 😋

Looks so yummy I love it 😀 😋
Momone, koobi, supaku, garlic, ginger … These are the main spices for traditional dishes like this. Adding any other type of spice makes is …. Ah well, to each his own. Nice video 🤗
This video needs some food aroma digital devicecoz I'm just imagining the aroma. Oh my God…mama Mia!
is yummy.I love it
What can one do to stop the leaves from itching the throat 🤔

Too much spices why
New subscriber here!
Looks so yummy 😋👍!!
please im liberian and palava sauce is a liberian dish not ghanaian. furthermore this is NOT palava sauce 😂. palava sauce does not have ground egusi in it and we don't use that leaf you used.
Looks yummy 😋😋😋
New subscriber frm Jamaica 🇯🇲 i will be making this but with rice
Stew, that's right. Meedase. Why some other country bi will call this thick substance SOUP ill never understand. Eei , boi
Is it me or the oil is too much. Also the spices🤔😵 But i've noticed alot of Ghanaian and Nigerian foods have a lot of that
Wow
Looks so jummy😋⭐️🥂🌷☀️🙏🏻
What is egusi?
Looks delicious, but not Palava Sauce. Palava Sauce is made in Liberia from Jute or Molokhia leaves. Good job on the Egusi stew from Nigeria.
Looks yummy! I love Kontomire Stew. I also heard in Ghana, it’s also known as Egusi stew. My mum calls this Egusi stew but in Twi it’s called Kontomire. I know it’s normally eaten with rice or boiled yam but can I eat this with gari as an option?
