  1. I read somewhere that very often being dehydrated makes you feel like you need to eat. I had already found I do get dehydrated often/always. I like to run & do strength exercise. (I'm 63) I found that most of the time a big glass of water takes away the "hunger". I'm 5'10" 160 so I'm not fat. I do know I need more water. So there's nothing to lose with just drinking more water.

I am EXTREMELY SKEPTICAL about "Magic" pills. I've just seen so many bad things that eventually come up.

If it saves your life, more power to you. But just make common sense and work be your default. You may find you don't need Ozembic.

  3. Apparently, the country it's made in charges about $50.00 a month. Then you get to America where it's thousands. And I'd say eventually we will have millions of OZEMBIC damaged people. What damage? We don't know yet. That's how Phen Phen killed so many people.

  4. No more government interventions! Sugar is much better than artificial sweeteners. I would think concern about artificial sweeteners, additives and preservatives should be the priority.
And to lose weight – less calories, activities and exercise obviously. Obesity is not a 'disease' though given the lies the obese tell its very much psychological.

  5. I can't help wondering if people with a weight problem that doesn't change with a good diet might have a thyroid problem. I had a thyroid problem for twenty years before a doctor checked. They just assumed I was overeating.

  6. This stuff will demolish your stomach just want to make that clear to anyone curious but it is a miracle. I am a diabetic with a high A1C and Ozempic has nearly eliminated that issue. The nearly 100lbs of weight loss is a satisfying after effect. To be honest though I have to still eat healthy and exercise. Its just now I get results.

  7. What about stomach gastroperesis? This really focuses on weight loss – doesn’t discuss negative side effects in detail. And reports of gastroperesis related to Ozympic are on the rise

  8. I've always been chubby since I was a kid. I had a BMI above 30 most of my life. I've been on Wegovy for 2 years. I've lost 54lbs. I'm healthier than ever. There was something wrong with my brain–addiction to food, obsession with it. It seems to me like a bunch of people who work in the weight loss industry who have failed for 50 years to actually help people lose weight think Semiglutides "aren't the answer"–probably because it makes them irrelevant. It was definitely the answer for me.

  9. My mom just started mounjaro using her retirement savings. There is currently very little research about using the drug for over 3 years. If she eventually has to stop using it and then gains all the weight back, what’s the point?? Spending thousands just to be skinny temporarily? This whole GLP trend is a bandaid solution to a much larger problem.

  10. Often find especially with "fuller figured women" they don't mind putting alott of effort into fake nails hair n all that nonsense, any thing but dieting and cardio

  11. problem is "healthier diet" is nonsense when it's all processed vegetable oils and grains. Those things played almost no part in human history up until very recently and we're not built for it

  12. I have DM so I was on Ozempic and Xigduo at the same time before and then I wasn't able to keep any food and water in for 4 days straight. Drinking 2 sips of water would mean I would throw up at least twice. I had to be hospitalized because I was severely dehydrated and was treated for DKA too. My blood turned acidic. I literally felt like I was reaching my end. Let us please make sure that we discuss all symptoms with our doctors as we have them. We are not sure how our bodies will react to the medication so it is better to over communicate specially when using new drugs.

  13. I know the diabetics taking this and it is very very affective. You body will stop storing that much fat and the drug makes you feel sick and nauseas, which makes you loose weight

  14. Ozempic is a Miracle Life Saving Drug for people who cannot control their Diabetes Type 2. If you're not a Diabetic you shouldn't be taking it! If people misuse it that's not the drugs fault.

  15. I am diabetic and they have been giving me nearly every new miracle drug for weight loss but dont work for blood sugar (for me) but they do make you lose the weight

  16. These doctors sound like they have no clue how or what this drug will do as a whole. No clue about stopping, weight management or regain, how to deal with side effects, long term use… we are the guinea pigs !!

  17. I almost died being on Mounjaro for diabetes. All side effects hit me at 5 months. Fatigue, Brain confusion, dehydration even though I drank over half a gallon of fresh water everyday. All my doctors saw me in a wheelchair barely functioning, leaning over the sides and not able to form words or think, only sleep. I was rushed to the ER from my doctor's appointment. I was on this awful drug for diabetes. YES, I lost about 30 pounds, I barely ate at all. I became very depressed at month 4. PEOPLE, do not take the semiglutides, please. I do not have any experience with the other types. Just my testimony.
