  1. Shame on ABC for making it a promotion for weight loss drugs and letting the risks see if they appear on you. SMH! They're glorifying these drug users, especially the blonde in the black suit… First, they glorify obesity, and now drug use. Women, what is going on with you??? No one is promoting thinness or model looks or bashing obese people. We're just telling you to embrace the fitness positivity movement instead! Fitness doesn't necessarily mean thin… They MUST do better for the millions of fans who may look up to them for guidance and news! Shame for promoting dangerous drugs just because they aren’t labeled performance-enhancing drugs. Drugs have harmful side effects. Quote: “Some of the worst Ozempic side effects include stomach paralysis, gallbladder Issues, gallstones, pancreatitis, thyroid cancer, and more.” End quote. She MUST do better! Whatever happened to Cardio? Walk!

Regular physical activity, including walking or speed walking, if running is too much, can help reduce visceral fat, which is the fat stored around your internal organs that helps slim your waist and overall body fat. This form of Cardio also helps improve metabolic health, increase insulin sensitivity, and reduce inflammation, contributing to fat loss!

Stop trying to find the easy way out only to ruin your health. Incorporating those intervals of brisk walking can increase calorie burn and fat loss. She has money to fix medical problems. Most Weight Watchers subscribers likely don’t!

Don’t forget diet, consistency, progression, and some strength training. Start slow, mix it up, and monitor progress as you advance! And don’t quit. Continue, continue, and continue. Cardio Baby. Strength and weight loss with science, not Weight Watchers.

Also, it’s all in your Genes. Stop comparing yourself! Seriously. The fitness industry is riddled with fake, non-natty “influencers.” Also, Some people are genetic freaks of nature, while others can only be average. Don’t sweat it. You’re still seen and valued. If not by someone near you, then definitely by Me! I value everyone who puts in work to get fit the right way!

  2. I think if it's a health related decision, and you're diabetic, you should try mounjaro!

Feeling less doesn't help you deal with health issues. This drug has been around for a long while to treat Type 2 diabetes!

  3. I say don't judge me until you have walked a mile in my shoes. Trying to project positivity and hope for other people whether by acceptance or Olympic, is a good thing.

  4. I feel like this expose is a snapshot, Cherry Picked version of the reason why women are celebrating weight loss through these GLP1 drugs or trying to find a way to feel okay In our Skin when we can't be 50 or 60 lb lighter. Society has been dealing with weight loss since the 80s and 90s. But what I feel this is missing on is the fact that sugar is in almost everything that we eat and there are women's bodies who are not meant to have that much sugar in their diet known or unknown. The fact that you really have to eat the outer side of the market in order to try and lose weight tells you something. No processed foods, no fructose, and sugars from other sources increasing the amount of sugar in the bloodstream where diabetes is on the rise because our bodies can't handle it. Coming from a woman who was the skinny girl most of her life then turned 40 going through menopause and has been fighting to not be 250 lb is absolutely ridiculous. I'm 5'10 just as tall as a man High School weight was 165 lb and I weigh 255.2 lb currently. For the most part my blood work is pretty good I have to supplement and watch almost everything I put in my mouth and it's not genetic for me it's food. I went on keto before covid lost 50 lb barely easy went into covid started drinking boba tea and the weight came on with ease. I've decided to go on a weight loss Journey again and I'm going to try and do it without ozympic. I understand the science behind what is putting the weight on. Now I just have to do the work fighting against ice cream and cookies and other forms of sugar that might be in sauces and breads. But I can do it.

  5. iduno, it seems really dangerous and funny looking. "Skinny confessions?" she doesn't look that thin. she is still big. The ones who go too thin loooook so bizarre! it's crazy. Their head stay large while their body is thin. it's creepy! Like Kim Kardashian used it and she did NOT look great at all, I'm glad she went back to her curves.

  6. This needs to be said…there are ppl that use ozembic for weight lose, great idea, BUT you are keeping it out of the ppls hands who need it for their diabetes…I don't care why ppl do something…but if it is creating ppl who need it aren't getting it…that selfish

I am having side effects from this, but are probably helping you…
I started being nauseated a bit, then more….I can't eat anything through the nausea and my stomach hurts…I know in this world, ppl have lost compassion and just the IDC group, but I care

  7. Ozempic is literally the same thing as anorexia. All it does is shut off your desire to eat. You are still STARVING yourself! You trade the obsession with wanting just ONE bite of food while continually denying yourself with starving but not caring. And then you add in the side effects of ozempic. PLUS- you stop taking it and alllllll Of the weight piles back on. Ridiculous

  8. So their idea of hard hitting, insightful news reporting is using a BRAVO HOUSEWIFE as a source???? JFC. 🤡🤡🤡😂😂😂😂😂

  9. I don’t understand I’ve been on Ozempic for a year now I fluctuate 10 pounds each way haven’t lost anything next month. I see my primary I want off of it. It’s not helping me.

  10. Using Ozempic as a weight loss drug is horrific, this is a Diabeties medication. So, when the rich wants to loose weight, my mother and other diabetic people go without their life saving medication. Ozempic is making money and so is your doctor by perscribing this for non-diabetic people, my mother has to hope the doctor has her medican each month because of Hollyweird need to be perfectly thin fast. Why has society become this distorited? They can lose weight the all natural way and leave the life saving drug for the people who need it.

  11. Does everybody realize being thinner helps with your health. It helps people with
Non alcoholic fatty liver, kidney disease, pre diabetes, chronic back pain, and overall functioning of you're intestines. So if Ozempic is helping people with some health issues and looking and feeling good mentally and physically and emotionally is it really so bad?
(Of course being monitored and taking, as directed by a real physician and not online)

  12. I don't get it. What is the difference between someone eating healthy and working out? A lot of people plateau. It depends on their body type their hormones their age etc. Who cares If you get a little help in that dept. If there was a vitamin that we could all take that would keep us from gaining weight I can bet a 1000% everyone would take it!

  13. It is going to be very interesting watching all of these stars gain all the weight back within the next year. This is a highly unsustainable lifestyle practice.

  14. The truth is being at a healthy weight makes y most people feel better, look better, improves mental health and confidence compared to the over weight version of oneself.

  15. I'm working on losing 30 lbs, down 12 lbs at the mo. Benefits of eating clean & strength training is that they won't make me vomit, have diarrhoea or give me cancer, even if it takes longer.

  16. I have never seen this woman before this video. She is focused on her weight (which I saw no problem with her before pix). The only glaring thing I notice is all of the cosmetic work she had done to her face! My goodness!!
