I was prescribed Zepbound (a similar product to Ozempic) and purchased it before doing any research. I've decided to lose weight through intermittent fasting. Unfortunately I cannot return it. It definitely depends on the person. It’s great for me, I usually get nauseous anyway while driving and exercising. When I take it, the worse is just a bad taste. It way easier to do workouts now and not crave sugar everyday. (I didn’t even like sweet before, I had a job where the only food I had was candy. Gained like 80 in a year there. I thought I could lose the weight on my own but the cravings for sugar gave me headaches and I wouldn’t eat sometimes.)
