I think Dodoma is the capital of Tanzania and not Dae Es Salaam.
Lion you can trust but no to leopards and tigers. Plus in gujrat where Asiatic lion resides it's said one can lose voice for few days if lion roar next to you not applicable to all people. Fainting if lion roar is not much of a instinct anyone could develop but it can happen sometimes .
