This Egyptian Banana Milkshake, also known as Moz Bil Laban, was practically a weekly ritual growing up. It was Mom’s go-to whenever we had extra bananas. Adjust the sugar or even skip it if your bananas are super ripe! 🍌🥛

1 3/4 cup whole milk
2 tablespoons sugar, to taste

This reminds me of some Indian yogurt drinks that I’ve had and in the summer you’d be surprised how refreshing it is it cools you down I love bananas
Anything with sugar (refined) becomes toxic if you're going to share healthy habits do so not this.
I get mine in Egypt with dates at Martin juice in tanta
I like to add equal parts of greek yoghurt, milk plus a little bit of ground biscuit, some vanilla extract. You can add some Cinnamon on top and you are good to go
