Why the city looked so neglected? Is their any Engineering University that could arrange for the tentative possible architecture of the country? What about the local/ Municipal government to administer the cleanliness and all the stuff? Muslim countries and cities should be clean and tidy at maximum level. Proper planning for further development especially in Housing scheme is expected from the authorities concerned. Thanks and stay blessed.

Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia… They are all beautiful countries but they share the same problem my country and many other countries suffer: littering. People can be rich, poor, middle-class, doesn't matter. Cleanliness is a trait of character. I have been to homes which have no sofa to sit on but they were cleaner than my house. I don't know how people live in trash.
