Sthandwa why are you skipping breakfast? I was told that that is one meal I MUST have
Go girl … I think you need to try and watch your carb intake as well what you eat contributes 70percent to your weight loss while exercising only contributes 30 … for example have a high carb meal once a week and for treat meal have some grilled chicken with sweet potato wedges … i cook my meals with coconut oil from fruit and veg

The scale is the devil!!!!but I am still going to weigh myself later on today. Intermittent fasting I really great for weight loss. When I did it I lost 6kg in 2,5months which is a lot for me. I also ended up having my period twice in a month,had to quite. My period only became regular after 6 months. Congratulations on the progress, your body looks more toned and you look stronger.
Haybo!! We want to see the struggle, Im also on a weight loss journey and I find your videos motivating and also I think you can also look back on these videos once you reach your goal weight and see where you came from etc…
